Sec. 1. Rule change and rate increase. Resolved: That the Department of
Human Services shall amend the rules regarding reimbursement
rates for in-home behavioral health services for children
provided through the Department of Behavioral and
Developmental Services. The Department of Human Services
shall change the rate for agencies providing in-home
behavioral health services for children so that it is based on
actual cost and is cost-reimbursed. Rules adopted pursuant to
this section are routine technical rules as defined in the
Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve requires the Department of Human Services to
amend its rules to change the reimbursement rate for agencies
providing in-home behavioral health services for children so
that it is based on actual cost and is cost-reimbursed.
