Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT

Courts - Supreme, Superior and District

Initiative: Provides for the appropriation of funds to establish 5 additional Family Division Case Management Officer positions to support the 31 District Court locations throughout the State. These 5 positions will be funded 1/3 by the General Fund and 2/3 by the Federal Expenditures Fund. The 5 positions will be devoted to the Family Division of the District Court.
