Sec. 1. 38 MRSA §451-A, sub-§1-A, ¶F is enacted to read:

F.__Notwithstanding any other provision in this subsection, Priority 3, Priority 4 and Priority 5 projects the construction of which has not been completed as of October 15, 2003 are not required to be completed.

SUMMARY

This bill continues to require Priority 1 and Priority 2 sand and salt storage projects to be completed pursuant to the schedule established in law and exempts Priority 3, Priority 4 and Priority 5 projects from being completed if these projects have not been completed as of October 15, 2003.
