Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §7076, sub-§17 is enacted to read:

 
17.__Nonambulatory disabilities.__A person with a permanent
disability causing the person to be unable to walk may be
issued a complimentary antlerless deer permit under section
7457.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill provides that a person with a permanent disability
causing the person to be unable to walk may receive a
complimentary antlerless deer permit, otherwise known as an
any-deer permit.
