Sec. 1. Authorization to sell land. Resolved: That the Commissioner of
Administrative and Financial Services shall sell that portion
of land described in the deed recorded in the Cumberland
County Registry of Deeds, Book 243, page 197 that, pursuant to
Resolve 2001, chapter 95, was determined by the commissioner
and the Commissioner of Corrections to be unnecessary to the
present or future operation of the Long Creek Youth
Development Center; and be it further

 
Sec. 2. Deed restrictions. Resolved: That the Commissioner of
Administrative and Financial Services shall establish deed
restrictions for the purpose of preserving historic landmarks
on the site.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve requires the Commissioner of Administrative and
Financial Services to sell a portion of the Long Creek Youth
Development Center in South Portland.
