| | | Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §7794, sub-§4-A is enacted to read: |

| | | 4-A.__Exempt.__All watercraft requiring or requesting | | certificates of number and equipped with electric outboard | | motors are exempt from paying fees for the certificates of | | number. |

| | | This bill exempts a watercraft that is equipped with an | | electric outboard motor from paying a fee for the certificate | | of number. |
