Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §7857, sub-§26 is enacted to read:

 
26.__Operating ATV during closed season.__A person is guilty
of operating an ATV during the closed season if that person
operates an ATV during the period from April 1st to May 15th.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill prohibits a person from operating an ATV during
the period from April 1st to May 15th.
