Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and
allocations are made.

 
BEHAVIORAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES, DEPARTMENT OF

 
Mental Retardation Services - Community 0122

 
Initiative: Provides funds for the support of people with
developmental disabilities who have been physically or
sexually abused.

 
General Fund2003-042004-05

SUMMARY

 
This bill appropriates funds to the Mental Retardation
Services - Community program within the Department of
Behavioral and Developmental Services for the support of
people with developmental disabilities who have been
physically or sexually abused.
