An Act to Ban Smoking in Beano and Bingo Halls

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 22 MRSA §1542, sub-§2, ¶K,
as enacted by PL 1993, c. 342, §1
and affected by §9, is repealed.
SUMMARY
This bill prohibits smoking in public places where beano or
bingo games are being conducted.
