| The State Government Information Clearinghouse, referred to |
in this section as the "clearinghouse," is established to |
assist members of the public in accessing the resources of |
State Government.__Each state agency, as defined in Title 10, |
section 9502, shall designate a person to assist members of |
the public and shall report this designation to the |
Commissioner of Administrative and Financial Services or the |
commissioner's designee.__The Commissioner of Administrative |
and Financial Services or the commissioner's designee shall |
maintain a central telephone number for the clearinghouse that |
members of the public may call for assistance in accessing the |
resources of State Government. |
