| | | Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §7801, sub-§35, ¶¶EE and FF, as enacted by PL 2001, c. | | 638, §5, are amended to read: |

| | | EE. Middle Branch Pond in the Town of Waterboro in York | County; or |
|
| | | FF. Highland Lake or Woods Pond in the Town of Bridgton | | in Cumberland County if the personal watercraft is rented | | and does not display a decal identifying the rental agency | that owns the personal watercraft. |

| | | Sec. 2. 12 MRSA §7801, sub-§35, ¶GG is enacted to read: |

| | | GG.__Saco River below Skelton Dam in Union Falls. |
|
| | | This bill prohibits the use of personal watercraft on the | | Saco River below the Skelton Dam. |
