Other Special Revenue Fund account in the Department of

 
Administrative and Financial Services to the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund no later than June 30, 2003.

 
Sec. B-8. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of
law, the State Controller shall transfer $8,662,638 from the
Fund for a Healthy Maine Other Special Revenue Funds account
in the Department of Administrative and Financial Services to
the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund no later than
June 30, 2003.

 
Sec. B-9. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of
law, the State Controller shall transfer $1,700,000 from the
Fund for a Healthy Maine Other Special Revenue Funds account
in the Department of Administrative and Financial Services to
the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund no later than
June 30, 2003. This amount represents the return of the
working capital advance to the Maine Rx Dedicated Fund in the
Department of Human Services as authorized in Public Law 2001,
chapter 358, Part JJ, section 1.

 
Sec. B-10. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding the Maine Revised
Statutes, Title 20-A, Part 9, the Commissioner of
Administrative and Financial Services shall transfer
$9,600,000 from the Maine Learning Technology Endowment to the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund no later than June
30, 2003.

 
Sec. B-11. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of
law, the State Controller shall transfer $10,000,000 from the
Operating Capital of the General Fund to the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund no later than June 30, 2003.

 
Sec. B-12. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of
law, on or before June 30, 2003, the State Controller shall
transfer $9,300,000 from the unallocated surplus of the
Highway Fund to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
as reimbursement for funds provided for highway improvement
projects.

 
Sec. B-13. Calculation and transfer. Notwithstanding any other
provision of law, the State Budget Officer shall calculate the
amount of savings in Part A, section 1 that applies against
each Other Special Revenue Funds account for all departments
and agencies from the requirement that state employees take 3
days off without pay in fiscal year 2002-03 pursuant to
Executive Order 07 FY 01/02 and shall transfer the calculated
amount to the General Fund by financial order upon the
approval of the Governor. This transfer is considered an
adjustment to
