| | | The University of Maine System, the Maine Technical College | | System and the Maine Maritime Academy shall automatically admit | | any high school graduate from a public or private school in the | | State with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a scale of | | 4.0. |

| | | This bill mandates that any Maine high school student who | | graduates with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a scale | | of 4.0 is automatically admitted to any state postsecondary | | educational institution. |
