For a permit to build a temporary structure submitted by a
subcontractor on a Department of Transportation project, the
commission shall process the permit within 2 weeks of the permit's
submission.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill requires the Maine Land Use Regulation Commission to
process within 2 weeks permit applications for temporary
structures submitted by subcontractors on Department of
Transportation projects.
