| | | Sec. 1. 28-A MRSA §1355, sub-§1-A, ¶D, as repealed and replaced by PL | | 1987, c. 623, §15, is amended to read: |

| | | D. The holder of a brewery license may sell or deliver the | | brewery's product to licensed retailers and wholesalers. |
|
| | | Under current law, the holder of a small brewery license may | | directly sell the product to retailers. The bill extends this | | right to all brewery license holders, not just small brewery | | license holders. |
