Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 32 MRSA c. 117, sub-c. 10,
as amended, is repealed.
SUMMARY
This bill repeals the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 32,
chapter 117, subchapter 10 of the Maine Pharmacy Act, which
requires unitary pricing of pharmaceuticals.
