Sec. 6. Retroactivity. That section of this Act that amends Private
and Special Law 1999, chapter 58, section 9 applies retroactively
to January 31, 2000.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill amends the law establishing the Capital Riverfront
Improvement District to allow the Governing Board of the Capital
Riverfront Improvement District to add additional members and to
alter the boundaries of the district. This bill changes the
reporting date of the governing board.
