Sec. 1. Hours extended. Resolved: That, notwithstanding the Maine
Revised Statutes, Title 28-A, section 4, subsections 1 and 2, a
person to whom a license is issued by the Department of Public
Safety, Bureau of Liquor Enforcement may sell liquor on January
1, 2000 from 12 midnight to 4 a.m. and may permit the consumption
of liquor on that person's premises on January 1, 2000 until 4:15
a.m.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve provides that a person to whom a license is
issued by the Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Liquor
Enforcement may sell liquor on January 1, 2000 from 12 midnight
to 4 a.m. and may permit the consumption of liquor on that
person's premises on January 1, 2000 until 4:15 a.m.
