Sec. 1. Department of Human Services to modify eligibility standards for Cub Care
program. Resolved:
That the Department of Human Services shall
include asset depreciation with respect to commercial fishing
vessels in establishing eligibility for the Cub Care program
established pursuant to the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 22,
section 3174-T.
SUMMARY
This resolve requires the Department of Human Services to
include asset depreciation with respect to commercial fishing
vessels in establishing eligibility for the Cub Care program.
