An Act to Extend the Exemptions for Farm Stands to Include Farmers' Markets
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 22 MRSA §2152, sub-§4-A, ¶D, as enacted by PL 1995, c. 331, §1, is amended to read:
D. Establishments, such as farm stands and farmers' markets primarily selling fresh produce, not including dairy and meat products;
