Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 5 MRSA §1541, sub-§14 is enacted to read:
14. Fixed assets. To maintain an official statewide system for fixed assets for all state agencies to update and reconcile annually.
Sec. 2. 5 MRSA §1742, sub-§10 is repealed.
