Any additional
costs to the Attorney General to assemble a commission of district attorneys
and law enforcement officers to review traffic fatalities in which an
operator was charged with operating under the influence and create a best
practices guide are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing
budgeted resources. Any additional costs to the State associated with
district attorneys and law enforcement officers participating in the
commission are also expected to be minor. |
