This bill
includes a one-time General Fund appropriation of $5,000 in fiscal year 2023-24 to the Leadership program
within the Department of Education for the costs to contract with a
facilitator to support the work of the stakeholder group established to make
recommendations on alternative pathways or revenue sources to finance school
construction needs in the State. |

Additional costs
to the State Board of Education associated with the rulemaking process can be
absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
