This amendment
adds a requirement that the MaineCare program cover complications arising
from the treatment related to gender dysphoria and cover the reversal of any
treatment for gender dysphoria. These additional requirements would be a
medically necessary treatment and Mainecare eligible members already has
access to all medically necessary treatment. |
