Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $670,228 in fiscal year 2023-24 and $1,319,795 in fiscal year 2024-25 to provide payments to facilities with more than 16 inpatient beds for psychiatric treatment and for required technology changes. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
