The bill
increases from $50 to $100 the fee for registering facilities with the State
Emergency Response Commission and would result in annual increases in Other
Special Revenue Funds revenue to the Department of Defense, Veterans and
Emergency Management of $132,350 beginning in fiscal year 2023-24. |
