This amendment
reduces the General Fund appropriations by $107,098 in fiscal year 2021-22
and eliminates appropriations in subsequent years intended to fund one
Regional Education Representative position and one Office Specialist I
position and instead provides a one-time General Fund appropriation of
$19,110 in fiscal year 2021-22 for the cost to the Department of Education to
contract for temporary services to assist with implementing the requirements
of this legislation. |
