This bill repeals the laws prohibiting the use of a noise suppression device when hunting without a noise suppression device permit and creates new provisions that allow for supension of a hunting license for a period of three years instead of one year if a person is convicted of certain hunting violations while in possession of a firearm with a noise supression device.  Requiring violators be ineligible to obtain hunting or fishing licenses for a period of three years may reduce the number of licenses issued and reduce General Fund and Other Special Revenue Funds revenue by minor amounts.
