|
This resolve
directs the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry to offer to
convey a parcel of land to the Town of Allagash for $1,500. The parcel of land conveyed must be used to
establish a fueling facility by September 1, 2020 for the local logging
industry and off-road recreational vehicles or title will revert back to the
State. Title will also revert back to the State if the Town of Allagash no
longer uses the property for the operation of a fueling facility. The bill
includes an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation to the DACF of $1,500 to
allow expenditure of the revenue. |
