Additional costs
to the Department of Public Safety associated with reporting the required
information to the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) can be absorbed
within existing budgeted resources. Any additional costs to OAG to report on
the number of arrests and make the information available on its website, as
well as to publish a model policy are expected to be minor and can be
absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
