|
This bill makes
changes to the laws regarding the Aquaculture Advisory Council, defines a
vessel's base of operations, repeals the defunct Sea Run Fisheries and
Habitat Advisory Council and clarifies eligibility criteria for non-resident
lobster landings permits. Any costs to
the Department of Marine Resources are anticipated to be minor and can be
absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
