	This resolve directs the Department of Administrative and Financial Services (DAFS) to conduct an inventory of surplus state-owned land and structures and to work with the Maine State Housing Authority to determine the suitability of certain land and structures for development of affordable housing. Any additional costs to DAFS and the Maine State Housing Authority to implement the provisions of this bill are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources.
