Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $127,176 in fiscal year 2019-20 and $17,048 in fiscal year 2020-21 to provide a new limited benefit MaineCare card for individuals who qualify for the Medicare Savings Program, also known as the Medicare Buy-in Program. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
