Joint Order, To Require the Judiciary Committee To Report Out Legislation Implementing the Recommendations of the Sixth Amendment Center

ORDERED, the Senate concurring, that the Joint Standing Committee on Judiciary shall report out, to the House, legislation implementing the recommendations of the Sixth Amendment Center's report, The Right to Counsel in Maine: Evaluation of Services Provided by the Maine Commission on Indigent Legal Services.
