Amend the bill in section 2 in subsection 6 in the last line (page 1, line 12 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " any cost related to the release time" and inserting the following: ' the cost of any substitute teacher for a teacher granted release time under this subsection'
Amend the bill by adding after section 2 the following:
‘Sec. 3. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.
