A reduction in fines will decrease General Fund revenue by minor amounts.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
This bill lowers the age from 70 years or older to 65 years or older that a hunter can hunt for wild birds or animals using a crossbow during certain hunting seasons. This may increase the number of crossbow permits issued by IFW and increase General Fund revenue by a minor amount.
