Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $59,305 in fiscal year 2017-18 and $59,657 in fiscal year 2018-19 for the net impact of the savings to the Office of Child and Family Services and the additional costs to the Office of MaineCare Services to provide MaineCare coverage to a parent who is a MaineCare member and who is participating in rehabilitation and reunification efforts in accordance with a rehabilitation and reunification plan. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
