Amend the bill in section 1 in the first line (page 1, line 2 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "§4320-K" and inserting the following: '§4320-L'
Amend the bill in section 1 in the 2nd line (page 1, line 3 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " §4320-K" and inserting the following: ' §4320-L'
’Amend the amendment on page 3 in the last indented paragraph in the last line (page 3, line 9 in amendment) by striking out the following: "2019" and inserting the following: '2020'
SUMMARY
This amendment changes the application date from January 1, 2019 as in Committee Amendment "A" to January 1, 2020. It changes the allocation of a provision of law to avoid a conflict with a recently enacted provision of law.
