An Act To Use State Employees and Resources for Transportation Bond Projects
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 23 MRSA §709 is enacted to read:
§ 709. Use of state resources
For any transportation project under this Title financed by a bond, the department shall use to the extent practicable state employees and resources to perform the planning, designing and engineering required for the project.
