An Act To Allocate at Least 10 Percent of Antlerless Deer Permits Available in Each Wildlife Management District to Hunters 70 Years of Age and Older
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §11152, sub-§9 is enacted to read:
9. Allocation to hunters 70 years of age and older. At least 10% of antlerless deer permits issued in a wildlife management district must be issued to eligible hunters 70 years of age and older.
