Resolve, Directing the Department of Health and Human Services To Develop a Resource Guide for Assistance in Substance Abuse Matters

Sec. 1. Alcohol and drug abuse treatment resource guide. Resolved: That the Department of Health and Human Services shall create a resource guide for state-funded and other alcohol and drug abuse treatment, prevention and recovery programs. The resource guide must be available on a publicly accessible website maintained and updated by the department. The resource guide must be searchable by treatment, prevention and recovery program location and by services provided by the program.
