Amend the amendment in section 1 in paragraph A in subparagraph (10) in the last line (page 1, line 30 in amendment) by striking out the following: " 2028" and inserting the following: ' 2022'

SUMMARY

This amendment amends Committee Amendment "A" to extend the new renewable capacity resources portfolio requirement through 2022 rather than 2028 as in the committee amendment.
