Amend the amendment in section 1 in the 3rd line (page 1, line 16 in amendment) by inserting after the following: "organization" the following: ', but not including an organization that provides abortion services,'

SUMMARY

This amendment prohibits the Department of Health and Human Services from contracting with an organization that provides abortion services to develop outreach and educational programs as required by the committee amendment.
