An Act To Require the Text of a Direct Initiative To Be Printed on the Ballot
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 21-A MRSA §906, sub-§8 is enacted to read:
8. Text of direct initiative. The full text of a direct initiative must be printed on the ballot.
