Amend the resolve by striking out everything after the title and before the summary and inserting the following:
‘Sec. 1. West side of Little Sebago Lake in the Town of Gray authorized to proceed with the secession process. Resolved: That, pursuant to the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 30-A, section 2171-C-1, the west side of Little Sebago Lake in the Town of Gray is authorized to proceed with the secession process in accordance with Title 30-A, chapter 113, subchapter 2.’
