Amend the amendment in section 1 in subsection 2 in paragraph A in the last line (page 1, line 28 in amendment) by inserting after the following: " subsection 3." the following: ' A pharmacist who administers a vaccine pursuant to this paragraph shall report the administration of that vaccine to the immunization information system established by the Department of Health and Human Services, Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention.'

Amend the amendment by inserting after section 1 the following:

summary

This amendment is identical to House Amendment "A" to Committee Amendment "A" except that this amendment also adds an appropriations and allocations section to fund the costs to the Department of Health and Human Services, Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention of having to collect the information provided to it by pharmacists. This fiscal information was provided to the Office of Fiscal and Program Review after the amendment was produced.
