An Act To Require That Minutes Be Kept of Municipal Meetings
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 30-A MRSA §2505 is enacted to read:
§ 2505. Minutes
A municipality shall keep minutes of a meeting of the municipality held under this chapter.
