	Allowing the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative and Financial Services to establish any rent or terms of lease or sale for the Stone Buildings, the Administration Building and the Center Building formerly occupied by the Augusta Mental Health Institute located in Augusta could result in an increase in General Fund revenue.  The current market value of these properties must be determined by an independent appraiser.  No estimate is available at this time.
