This amendment
removes the requirement for publication of Legislator and executive employee
disclosure forms on a publicly accessible website. The Other Special Revenue Funds allocation
to the Commission on Governmental Ethics and Election Practices of $35,000 in
fiscal year 2008-09 has been eliminated since an online system to accommodate
this disclosure would no longer be necessary.
