	Removing the repeal (on July 31, 2009) of the section of the Committee amendment indicating that the notification of rules relating to the status of shellfish areas is not required to be published in a newspaper will result in additional savings in fiscal year 2009-10 of  $22,900 and in fiscal year 2010-11 of  $25,000.
